Guidance for changing or cancelling your Lorenixa order.

Requesting a Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact service@lorenixa.com as soon as possible and provide your order number.

Cancellation requests are time-sensitive.
We will make reasonable efforts to stop an order when possible, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment has begun.

After Fulfillment Begins

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

In that situation, the order may need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

When a cancellation is approved before shipment, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
